JSTOR includes archives of over one thousand leading academic journals across the humanities, social sciences, and sciences, as well as select monographs and other materials valuable for academic work. The entire archive is full-text searchable, offers search term highlighting, includes high-quality images, and is interlinked by millions of citations and references. Journals are always included from volume 1, issue 1 and include previous and related titles. The most recently published issues (past 3-5 years) are generally not available.

This periodical database is designed for students in junior high and middle school. It provides access to a variety of indexed and full-text magazines, newspapers and reference books for information on current events, the arts, science, popular culture, health, people, government, history, sports and more. Many titles are cross searchable with E-Books.

Junior Reference Collection offers easy access to award-winning content covering the core middle school curriculum areas, including history, literature, science, social studies, and more. JRC provides a premium selection of reference, primary sources, and multimedia content, including audio and video clips and more than 7,400 photographs. New to the database are popular topic pick lists and an integrated national and state curriculum standards search with content correlated to the standards.
